📋 Description

• Own end-to-end automation initiatives from whiteboard to go-live.
• Develop ROI models for automation and capital projects.
• Drive implementation on the floor and track returns post-launch.
• Collaborate across operations, product, engineering, and tech teams.
• Prototype workflows on the floor and validate new workflows.
• Own business cases and ROI for multi-site automation programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations strategy.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end ownership of large capital programs with ROI focus.
• Hands-on automation experience with ASRS, robotics, or goods-to-person.
• Strong financial modeling: ROI from scratch, defend CFO numbers.
• Extremely strong technical skills: SQL, Excel, BI tools, Python preferred.
