Staff Project Manager

📋 Description

• Drive early project deployments for utility-scale storage projects
• Lead cross-functional coordination with EPC partners and internal teams
• Manage budgets, schedules, and scope with change control
• Primary customer contact for contractual, technical, and strategic matters
• Identify risks and mitigate with proactive actions
• Travel to client sites up to 30% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in project management or leading engineering/product development
• 4+ years in energy project construction
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or physical science
