Define standards for AI use in test pipelines and validation workflows.
Design agentic testing workflows using MCP technologies across multiple teams.
Evaluate AI/testing tech and perform root-cause analysis for degradations.
Collaborate with MLOps, Platform, Product, and Engineering to set quality baselines.
Develop advanced test strategies enabling AI-assisted automated generation.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in quality assurance engineering (manual and automated).
Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit.
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, CircleCI).
Hands-on with AI-assisted testing and MCP-based test generation/execution (Maestro MCP, Playwright
Experience with bug/test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
