Lead root cause investigations to improve production quality
Act as primary Quality Engineering resource for assigned areas
Collaborate with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering
Support MRB activities and dispositions
Identify quality trends and drive continuous improvement
Participate in daily production meetings and escalations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3 years in manufacturing quality engineering
Experience supporting production operations
Strong root cause analysis capabilities
Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T
Experience with statistical analysis and quality metrics
