Staff Salesforce Architect

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and
• Lead architecture sessions, produce design options and tradeoffs
• Author and maintain coding and design standards for SFDC and ecosystem apps
• Conduct code reviews, enforce security standards and declarative-first design
• Build and maintain technical backlog from observations, stakeholder needs, and audit findings
• Identify system/data gaps and deliver proactive solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Salesforce experience including 2+ years in Architect capacity
• Deep hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Experience with Revenue Cloud or CPQ and migration work
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, platform events
• Security hardening experience and ability to lead security efforts
• Proven code reviews and backlog management
