Staff Salesforce DevOps Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect global CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
• Drive automation and self-service tooling for scale.
• Lead cross-application release mgmt across Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS.
• Resolve deployment challenges; design environment strategies.
• Liaise with Business Systems, Eng, and Ops on roadmaps.
• Provide deep technical support for releases, incidents, and upgrades.
• Leverage AI tools to boost velocity and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Salesforce, DevOps, or systems engineering.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CI/CD and release mgmt (Copado/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Architect automation tooling and integration across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato.
• Experience with GitHub and at least one language (Python or Java).
• Proven experience using Generative AI or Copilot-style tools (Claude, Cursor).
• Experience with NetSuite, Workato, RevPro.
• Leading high-risk migration projects (DocuSign/namespace changes).
• Monitoring tools like Datadog or Splunk and data masking experience.
