📋 Description

• Build and own automated evidence collection pipelines that integrate with cloud infrastructure
• Design and implement continuous control monitoring, ensuring real time compliance beyond audits.
• Replace manual, paper-driven processes with automated, elegant compliance software.
• Own technical strategy for future certifications and scalable solutions to minimize overhead.
• Apply AI where it fits: map controls to evidence, validate, and flag drift using LLMs and agents.
• Lead compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type 2

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• 8+ years in information security with focus on security compliance and risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field; advanced degrees or certifications
• Bias toward removing manual tasks by automating them
• Experience developing and implementing policies and frameworks (ISO 27001/42001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2
• Knowledge of cloud security and provider compliance standards (AWS, Azure, GCP); expertise with AWS
