Staff Security Incident Commander

📋 Description

• Orchestration of response and remediation of high-criticality security events.
• Take ownership and lead response to critical incidents.
• Establish and mature documentation of SIC protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver executive communications during incident response.
• Conduct rapid response, mitigation, and investigations on high-priority cases.
• Partner with teams across regions to drive global response.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years cybersecurity or equivalent with education.
• 4–6+ years in incident response and/or incident management.
• Experience leading or supporting complex security incidents end-to-end.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience planning and/or orchestrating tabletop exercises is a plus.
