• Experience directing AI agents and setting review checkpoints.
• Comfort with quantitative modeling of weapon effects, fuel, survivability.
• Excellent organizational skills for catalog/tracking across many items.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document standards and show work.
• A wargamer mindset focused on correctness of the simulation.
