Staff Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Own evolution of infrastructure, deployment systems, and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure systems across cloud/on-prem.
• Lead platform initiatives to improve engineering productivity.
• Define SLOs/SLIs and observability capabilities.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices (Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible).
• Mentor engineers and lead incident reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Eng, or related.
• 2+ years operating at Senior or Staff level.
• Experience across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Docker and Kubernetes hands‑on, including cluster admin, networking, and security.
• Experience with GitOps workflows and IaC/Configuration as Code.
