Staff Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-impact solutions for reliability, observability, traceability, and incident
• Lead cross-team initiatives and drive strategic technical projects
• Partner across AI/ML, Data, Platform, Product teams to build best-in-class services
• Establish standards and best practices for production systems and tooling
• Champion reliability goals with SLIs, SLOs, and related metrics
• Mentor engineers and foster technical growth across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Production Engineering, Backend Engineering, SRE, DevOps or similar
• Strong technical background with ability to plan for the future
• Proficient coding in at least one language (Golang, Python, Java, Typescript)
• Track record delivering medium to large-scale projects improving reliability and scalability
• Deep understanding of production reliability concepts (SLIs, SLOs, incident management)
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams
