🎯 Requirements

7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Eng; 2+ years in Senior/Staff.
Systems architecture across cloud and on-prem environments.
Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes.
Release orchestration with Canary or Blue/Green models.
Software engineering with Go, Java, or C# for automation.
Observability with OpenTelemetry; strong monitoring practices.
