Staff Software Development Engineer

📋 Description

• Build full-stack features across React UI, Spring Boot microservices, and AWS/Kubernetes.
• Design REST APIs and event-driven Kafka services within a microservices architecture.
• Own features end-to-end, including logging and observability.
• Collaborate with UX and PM across cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid role with 3 days/week on-site in Bangalore.

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational AI/ML understanding and applying AI-driven solutions.
• 5+ years of software development experience building enterprise-grade solutions.
• Proficiency in Java with Spring Boot; strong JavaScript/TypeScript with React.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs in microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes container deployments and core AWS services.
