📋 Description

• Own AI-powered services from concept through production.
• Design data representation layers for LLMs and AI agents.
• Build evaluation pipelines for AI quality and monitoring.
• Implement security controls to prevent prompt injection.
• Manage infrastructure: IaC, CI/CD, observability, cost.
• Integrate AI services with existing products via secure interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering delivering production systems.
• 1.5+ years building and operating LLM-based or agentic AI in SaaS/enterprise.
• End-to-end ownership: app infra, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, production support.
• Strong knowledge of agentic AI tech: stateful orchestration, MCP integrations.
• Experience designing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Strong Python; experience with .NET/C# is a plus.
