  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Analyze issues in end-to-end ad workflows and propose improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying complex software systems.
  • 3+ years tech leadership (tech lead, staff, architect) in medium/large orgs.
  • Deep understanding of distributed IT systems from hardware to algorithms.
  • C1 in English and Polish.
  • Nice to have: AdTech/RTB experience.
