🎯 Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Windows systems development — process management
Strong in C# and .NET; proficient with async programming and cancellation patterns at scale
Reliability and correctness mindset in production software
Ability to make architectural decisions that benefit future engineers and build scalable tooling
Familiarity with AI tools and debugging/diagnostics approaches to systems development
