Define virtualization safety strategy: partitioning, hypervisor tuning, interference avoidance
Own multiple aspects of embedded platform and influence senior stakeholders
Kick off cross-functional projects from concept to completion
Scale platform hardware/software stack; ensure determinism and safety posture

🎯 Requirements

Advanced C++ and Python for real-time systems
Linux/QNX environments; kernel modules and inter-processor communication
Experience with FPGAs, PCIe, hardware accelerators, and network stacks
Proven track record leading strategic technical initiatives
Strong communication and mentoring abilities
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in a related engineering field with substantial experience
