Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the development of user-facing features for Identity Administration, from the UI components
• Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to translate complex admin workflows into simple
• Build and maintain scalable, responsive, accessible web apps using React and modern state
• Design and implement performant RESTful APIs and backend services in Java to support multi-org
• Ensure high code quality with comprehensive unit/integration tests across the stack (Jest/Cypress
• Participate in on-call rotations with SRE to ensure reliability and uptime.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full-stack experience building production-grade web apps.
• Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript and React; experience with modern build tools and CSS frameworks.
• Strong experience with Java (Spring/Dropwizard) and/or Golang.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend security.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT for session management and frontend authentication.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
