📋 Description

• Architect & Build: design large-scale systems handling massive data in real time
• Own Core Systems: improve backend systems behind Braze core data objects
• Mentor & Influence: lead by example, mentor engineers on best practices
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with other teams to align with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, full-stack or backend, high-scale systems
• Built data-driven systems at scale (streaming/real-time pipelines)
• Technical leadership with architectural direction and debt management
• Strong fundamentals in software design, data structures, algorithms
• Self-starter with clear communication and collaboration
• Bonus: Ruby/Rails, React, Go, SQL/NoSQL, Kubernetes, AWS
