🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software design and development experience, with production systems at scale.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across backend services, APIs, and frontend (web or mobile).
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-team projects and delivering impact.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-driven products; ability to translate AI into customer value.
