Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Join a Growth engineering team focused on member acquisition and onboarding.
• Design and implement new features with an emphasis on high-quality, maintainable code.
• Build robust microservice integrations via REST/gRPC APIs with reliable communication strategies.
• Mentor and collaborate with senior engineers; drive code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Define technical direction, roadmap planning, and manage timelines/risks.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, implementation, and debugging across the stack.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software development in a collaborative environment.
• Expertise in distributed architectures and trade-off analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language; current stack includes C# and Kotlin.
• Experience with relational and document databases.
• Familiar with AI-native development workflows (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).
