🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a track record of impact.
• Full-stack capabilities: data models, APIs, background jobs, end-to-end ownership.
• Strong frontend skills: TypeScript, React; Vue is a plus.
• Experience designing scalable web architectures.
• Expert in agentic development and building automation to boost team velocity.
• Clear communication with design/docs and ability to explain complex systems.
