🎯 Requirements

10+ years in backend engineering, SaaS or cloud-based apps
Experience leading significant software projects
Hands-on with microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Python, C#
Strong knowledge of relational/non-relational stores (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Cassandra)
Experience with REST and gRPC, CI/CD pipelines
