Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own core backend systems and improve performance, reliability, and architecture.
• Analyze, optimize core execution engines in a large Python-based codebase.
• Resolve complex system issues across Linux, concurrency, memory, networking, and DBs.
• Architect and implement improvements to adapter frameworks for databases/data ecosystems.
• Lead design discussions for scalability and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers and review contributions from teams and open-source.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of backend development in production
• Strong Python backend engineering expertise
• Deep knowledge of Linux, memory, file systems, performance
• Database internals incl. queries, storage, indexing, transactions
• First-principles thinking and systematic debugging
• Excellent communication and ownership mindset
