📋 Description

• Set technical direction and architecture for account compromise detection and remediation.
• Independently scope and lead multi-month projects to production systems.
• Build and evolve detection for account takeover, credential abuse, and API keys.
• Design automated response flows to cut attacker access with minimal disruption.
• Lead investigations end-to-end and convert findings into automated defenses.
• Threat model attacker adaptation and prioritise work accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years designing, building, and operating security/anti-abuse systems.
• Track record delivering complex multi-month engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong software fundamentals.
• Led investigations into account abuse or security incidents.
• Reason about large telemetry datasets; distinguish attacker behavior.
• Strong written communication; cross-team alignment.
