🎯 Requirements

• Distributed systems experience with consistency models
• Python or Go with strong proficiency
• Experience designing/operating high-traffic infra
• Async/concurrent programming and structured concurrency
• Event-driven architectures (SQS, Kafka) and pub/sub
• OpenTelemetry/Prometheus observability and tracing
