📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness and correctness of outputs
• Assess explanations and engineering judgment
• Ensure the interaction feels right to a seasoned developer
• Focus on engineering taste, not syntax
• Work with modern coding agents like Codex/Claude Code

🎯 Requirements

• Staff/Principal-level engineer experience
• Strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to provide direct, opinionated feedback
• Comfort evaluating quality without full code execution
