• Strong knowledge of computer architecture, memory hierarchies, CPU/GPU interaction.
• Advanced asynchronous/multithreaded programming and complex systems design.
• Ability to navigate large codebases, diagnose issues, and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; mentorship experience.
