📋 Description

• Translate strategic objectives into scalable technical roadmaps.

• Lead design and implementation of features in our core Java platform.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering bar across the pillar.
• Develop high-quality, testable software with solid CI/CD practices.
• Advocate AI-native engineering within the PDLC and prototype new solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software development with Java and Spring.
• Deep PostgreSQL/MySQL expertise, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience building secure RESTful APIs for large-scale systems.
• Server-side tech: caching, asynchronous processing, multi-threading.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, security, and OO principles.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and agile environment experience.
