📋 Description

• Lead engineer for EU card-related systems (Spain/Poland)
• Own architecture across cards and external relationships
• Develop across stacks with millisecond transaction paths
• Ensure monitoring, incident response, and on-call readiness
• Set code/design standards and mentor team members
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a software engineer
• Backend tech: Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Frontend experience required
• Experience delivering major features end-to-end
• Comfort with ambiguity and large system architectures
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
