📋 Description

• Lead architecture and roadmap for the Communications Platform.
• Own backend services for email delivery, in-product, and push notices.
• Mentor backend/frontend engineers and drive design reviews.
• Improve performance, reliability, and security across platforms.
• Partner on cross-team architecture initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years backend engineering experience.
• Java, Spring, Kafka, MongoDB, CockroachDB, Kubernetes, GCP.
• Distributed systems, reliability, observability, scaling.
• Staff or senior-plus level technical leadership.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms and exposing clean APIs.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical teammates.
