Staff Software Engineer Backend

📋 Description

• Senior backend engineer for control plane + API-driven platform
• Build scalable distributed backend services for hybrid OnPrem + cloud environments
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs for centralized management and automation
• Design resilient microservices with strong consistency and high availability
• Enable API lifecycle management, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and observability
• Collaborate on security, IaC integrations, and end-to-end system reliability

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years backend/distributed systems experience
• Proficiency in Go, C++, Java, Python or similar
• API design experience (REST/gRPC)
• Cloud-native, containerized environments (Kubernetes)
• Security: authn/authz, encryption, auditing
• Distributed systems fundamentals and CI/CD
