Staff Software Engineer -Backend

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs.
• Own architecture through production.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data Science to deliver solutions.
• Drive architectural decisions and improve engineering standards.
• Build secure, observable, and resilient distributed systems.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and operating large-scale backend systems.
• Hands-on with Golang preferred; Java or Scala also relevant.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to high-volume data, streaming, or event-driven systems.
• Strong focus on security, privacy, and data protection.
