🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years backend engineering experience with focus on computation and storage optimization.
• Experience with parallel execution and caching; data warehouse computation trade-offs.
• Track record solving large-scale systems design problems; writing and reviewing code.
• Ability to translate vague problems into well-articulated solutions and milestones.
• Strong communication; comfortable leading in a remote-first team.
• Python and/or TypeScript required; experience with both is a plus.
