🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience leading multi-team initiatives.
• Proven architecture and delivery for large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong systems thinking; simplify complex problems into actionable plans.
• Improve reliability, ops excellence, and engineering quality in production.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, operations, risk, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; influence senior stakeholders.
