🎯 Requirements

8+ years backend engineering and system design.
3+ years in payments/FinTech.
Proven tech project and team leadership.
Backend tech: Java, Python; DBs: MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with web services, microservices, distributed systems.
Strong ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions.
