📋 Description

• Design, build, and test Benefits renewal features.
• Improve UX for renewing benefits for customers.
• Automate complex health insurance processes.
• Mentor engineers on hard problems at scale.
• Scale large Ruby on Rails and React apps.
• Collaborate with PM, Data, Design, and Platform Eng to prototype, iterate, and launch daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Own multi-quarter projects with measurable impact.
• Lead cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
• Ruby on Rails experience; JS/React familiarity.
• Mentor engineers to maximize performance.
