🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with stateful, long‑running, or high‑throughput production systems.
• Strong product sense; care about API design as a product.
• Ability to work 0 → 1 from ideation to GA and own end‑to‑end systems.
• Experience with Claude or AI tool integration and agent harnesses is a plus.
• Ownership mindset: design through operations, on‑call, and iteration.
