Staff Software Engineer – DaaS / APIs / MCP

📋 Description

• Architect and lead the DaaS, API and MCP platform for Cognism data scale
• Own architecture, engineering standards and technical culture at Warsaw Hub
• Drive backend architecture for enterprise integrations and AI agent consumption
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across multiple teams
• Define and improve reliability, observability and velocity of delivery
• Partner with product and leadership on technical strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years building large-scale backend systems
• Strong architecture experience in distributed systems
• Measurable improvements in reliability, scalability and velocity
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with event-driven architectures, APIs and microservices
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
