Staff Software Engineer, Data Engineering – Identity & AI Agent Governance

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across AI platforms.
• Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities; adopt new frameworks as AI ecosystem evolves.
• Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery with modular design and observability.
• Advance Identity Governance features, including certifications, lifecycle workflows, and SoD.
• Partner with Support and customer teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
• Monitor AI agent performance and security across platforms; ensure secure authz with least

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years in data engineering or related software roles
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL solutions
• Strong data modeling and enterprise data solution design
• Experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch
• Hands-on with Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink
