🎯 Requirements

10+ years building/operating production data infrastructure
Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse experience
CDC/streaming pipelines with Kafka, Debezium, Flink, Spark Streaming
Ingestion tooling (Fivetran, Airbyte) and buy/build judgment
Workflow orchestration with Temporal, Airflow, Dagster at scale
Python and advanced SQL proficiency
