📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate components and services within a cloud-native platform.
• Lead well-scoped projects, turning requirements into solid technical designs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to align with architecture and standards.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and operability; write tests and instrumentation; participate in
• Hands-on work on operators, controllers, automation, and platform services used by other teams.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design feedback, and pairing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering work (AI-powered coding/automation).
• 8+ years software development with a degree; or 5+ years with Master's; or 3+ years with PhD; or
• 5+ years building, deploying, and operating workloads on Kubernetes.
• Experience with major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their core primitives.
• Strong track record delivering complex features/services as a contributor.
• Solid knowledge of containers, CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code.
