Staff Software Engineer - Databases SRE

📋 Description

• Partner with product engineering squads to own production reliability.
• Own production reliability for high-SLA, multi-tenant environments.
• Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices.
• Lead on-call and incident response for relevant incidents.
• Improve alert quality and reduce noisy escalations.
• Build per-tenant SLOs and reliability models.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience, 4+ in SRE/production.
• Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• IaC tooling: Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Experience operating multi-tenant production systems.
• Go or Python (Java) programming experience.
