Staff Software Engineer - Databases SRE

📋 Description

• Regular 1:1s with manager and colleagues
• Review and create SLOs; reduce budget burn
• Improve observability for customers in their environments
• Design scalable, reliable solutions for Grafana Cloud
• Develop fault-tolerant patterns across services
• Collaborate with Engineering Leaders on strategy and designs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering; 4+ in SRE/production
• Kubernetes in AWS, GCP or Azure
• IaC tooling: Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet
• Experience leading teams and mentoring engineers
• Multi-tenant production systems experience
• Designing and implementing SLOs
