📋 Description

Lead production reliability for Grafana Cloud databases.
Partner with product engineering squads to improve reliability.
Design and implement automation to scale reliability practices.
Own SLO targets and per-tenant reliability models.
On-call escalation and incident response leadership.
Contribute to design docs and code reviews.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years engineering experience, 4+ in SRE/production engineering.
Kubernetes in AWS/GCP/Azure with Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet.
Experience leading and mentoring engineers.
Experience operating multi-tenant production systems.
Experience designing and implementing SLOs.
Proficiency in Go or Python.
