Staff Software Engineer - Databases SRE

📋 Description

• Partner with product squads to ensure reliability
• Own production reliability for high-SLA environments
• Design automation to scale reliability practices
• Ensure customers meet SLO targets
• Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and models
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering; 4+ in SRE/production engineering
• Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP or Azure
• IaC tooling: Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet
• Strong technical leadership; mentoring engineers
• Experience operating multi-tenant production systems
• Proficient in Go or Python (or Java)
