Staff Software Engineer - Databases SRE | Germany | Remote

📋 Description

• Partner with product engineering squads
• Own production reliability for high-SLA environments
• Design and automate reliability scale
• Ensure customers meet SLO targets
• Define per-tenant SLOs and reliability models
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience, 4+ in SRE/production engineering
• Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Helm, Terraform, Jsonnet)
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience operating multi-tenant systems in production
• Experience designing and implementing SLOs
• Proficiency in one or more languages (Go, Python, Java)
• Linux internals, networking, cloud storage, scaling
