📋 Description

• Own architecture, design, and technical direction of large-scale distributed apps.
• Design and develop backend services in Python; contribute to Java services.
• Drive architectural decisions, strategies, and platform improvements.
• Build microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and modern practices.
• Champion software craftsmanship, testing, security, observability, and operations.
• Mentor engineers through reviews and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s in CS/SE or related with 8+ years experience.
• Strong Python backend expertise; good Java knowledge.
• Distributed systems, microservices, event-driven, REST APIs, modern architecture.
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, Linux, observability, security.
• Relational and NoSQL DBs, messaging, caching, async processing.
• Experience designing scalable, resilient, secure enterprise systems.
