• Develop & Field Web-Based GCS/C2 Software
• Technical Leadership for major GCS features
• Collaborate with Autonomy, Perception, flight ops, partners
• Mentor mid-level engineers; onboard new hires
• Design, UX, & Documentation enhancements
• Pre-deployment build, config, validation

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/SE/CE or equivalent
• 7+ yrs exp with Bach or 6/ Master or 4/ PhD
• Frontend: React, TypeScript; UI/UX focused
• Backend: C/C++, Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Distributed systems, UDP/TCP, messaging, IPC
• AI-assisted development tools experience
