📋 Description

• Role focusing on evolving core app architecture to support growth
• Transform a Ruby monolith toward scalable, resilient architecture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience using Ruby/Ruby on Rails and/or similar
• Bachelor’s in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with large production apps and architectural transformations (service extraction
• Strong REST API design experience
• Performance tuning, caching, CDNs, and memory optimization knowledge
• CI/CD expertise and version control proficiency
